Adsense Not Updating
I have been browsing the forums today looking for some particular things - however panic has broken out…
Adsense has not updated since about 9am this morning, I was starting to wonder if I had done something against Google’s TOS, but I don’t work like that. As the day has worn on the states has joined in the questions - we Brits has been wondering since early.
This does raise interesting points though.
If your business model is to live from adsense and build many websites for that purpose, this illustrates how fragile that business model is. Depending on one company like Google for all you income is not a good idea. The way that Google serves ads is not going to disappear any time soon while search works the way it does, but search has not been working this way for a long time, and we all know how quickly things can change on the net.
Get earning from somewhere else. Sell something, everyone has something that someone else is willing to pay for - find out what it is you can do - and do it.
And have a laugh - life is not that serious.
