I was at the theater last night in Dublin city centre. It wasn’t so good, but this post is not about that.
The Abbey Theater is Ireland’s premier Theater however walking to it and from it is a dismal experience. Dirty old Dublin right enough. One of our group, not Irish, commented on how dirty the streets were, yeah – was the only Irish reply.
It is a crying shame – there does not seem to be any good reason for the streets being so dirty. Dublin can be sometimes quite a beautiful city – just look up – don’t look down.
Bins are stuffed full overflowing, paper are dropped on the streets by locals with complete disregard. Does no one care?

That is too bad that the streets are left dirty like that. Here in the US, we have prisoners pick up trash.
Oh Karen I love it, I never even thought of that, but it is great.
Glasgow shares the same problem as Dublin as well but here in Ireland the people litter tones. There is litter in every corner, in every alley, in every street… shameful. That happens because the people have no education and they can’t understand that putting the rubbish in the bins is better than dropping in the middle of the streets. At least Scotland gets scientists on a yearly note. Ireland produces only drunk fools and racist scums, unemployment (because I don’t believe there are jobs there, here in Scotland there are more and more opportunities to get something) and bad quality. It’s really sad. There shouldn’t be cleaners at all. People have to know how to behave. I am happy here in Edinburgh you can eat your food from the pavement. It’s been 2 months I left the hell that called Dublin. You don’t have to live there. You can always leave…
