I and a few thousand others. She came on the stage last night at the Olympia in Dublin about 8.50 – having kept us all waiting for so long, and then she just blew me away right from the start. She stood there and sung her first song without backing, without guitar – just amazing, and beautiful.
The two hours she was on stage disappeared all too quickly, and the roars of the audience encouraged her to come back onto the stage twice. It was a magnificent performance from someone that I never though I would ever have the chance to see.
