I have lived here on and off over the last ten years and Ireland has been good to me. It was hard in the beginning moving country, not knowing people, not having friends here, but that has changed and this feels like home.
Anyway I was playing around with a domain name for the last year, I had an idea of using it for something when I first bought it, then it didn’t seem so good an idea. So I have been blogging on it and it has done okay for the amount of work that has been put in. However I have now come across a great idea for it – a website about living in Ireland - a guide really for people considering the move to here.
I came across a site recently about Scotland that gave me the idea. There is one site already that says it is about Moving to Ireland or living in Ireland – but it is crap and way out of date. The Scottish site I saw was great and had loads of useful information, and has grown over ten years to be a huge recourse. That seems like an interesting project.
