But it seems like they have had a customer service training problem - also it looks like they are still telling people on their forum that a data add on for roaming is available - while on the call they are saying it is not. Maybe it all just needs some time to settle down. As for the iphone itself - it is great and I would highly recommend it. The touch keyboard takes a little getting used to - but for checking stats on the move or reading blogs on the train - good. Haven't had much problem with O2 (12 years now and counting) and I am looking into getting an iPhone as well (N95 at the moment) but the tarrifs never looked right, not yet anyway.
